About The Project:

The MsLady Project is a faith-fueled empowerment initiative designed to help ladies of all ages define themselves personally, spiritually, and professionally. We believe that true transformation begins from within. To become the woman, you desire to be on the outside, you must first be willing to do the work on the inside

The MsLady Project provides ladies with one-on-one coaching sessions. Coaching sessions are headed and facilitated by certified Life of Coach of 9 years, Chambria. One-on-One coaching sessions are designed for ladies to engage in self-discovery, future planning and goal achievement. Coaching sessions are available for ladies of all ages.

Lady Talk is a step above girl talk. The MsLady Project provides real, honest, and faith-filled group discussions where women and girls can grow in clarity, confidence, and purpose. Sessions are held weekly, biweekly, or monthly and focus on:

 

  • Building personal and spiritual confidence

  • Setting and achieving life goals

  • Career development and leadership

  • Creating a safe, supportive community of sisterhood

In partnership with local and visiting professionals, we offer hands-on workshops focused on:

​We Come to You!

 

The MsLady Project travels to churches, libraries, schools, and community spaces. We host small groups (5 to 20 participants) for girls, young ladies, and adult women.

Session Structure

  • Length: ~1 hour

  • Location: On-site

  • Age Groups: Girls (10+), Teens, Young Adults, Adult Women

 

Pricing Options:

Individual Rate:

  • $15–$25 per person (varies by group size)

 

Flat Group Rate:

  • $125 per session (up to 10 participants)

  • $200 per session (up to 20 participants)

 

Church or Community Package:

  • $500 for a 4-session monthly series (up to 20 women)

  • $900 for an 8-week series (biweekly)

 

Customized options available. Additional fees may apply for guest workshops.

 

All Sessions Include:

 

  • 1 hour of facilitated group coaching/discussion

  • A guided session worksheet or activity per participant

  • Access to faith-based goal-setting and reflection tools

  • Encouragement, accountability, and resource sharing
